One of Saint Tropez Lovers Celebrity Chef Bares All

Chef Marcus WareingWhen interviewed by the Daily Telegraph newspaper recently he was asked what his favourite holiday has been and he said:

“This year I hired a small house with a swimming pool and beautiful gardens just outside St Tropez. My family had two weeks of swimming and eating great food. We didn’t go anywhere much but I cooked everyday.

It was a great holiday all about just us five being together. I have 65 employees working at my restaurant and they are a very loyal staff so I can afford go away now and again. But mainly I stay in my kitchen – not because I need to, but because it’s where I’m at my best. It’s what I wake up for in the morning – I love being a chef.”
