Last of The Autumn Yacht Racing

The sailing season in the Gulf of St. Tropez was completed with the last races of the Autumn of what was called the Neularg and now the “Voile de Saint Tropez”.
After a first day with almost no wind and drizzle a good fit for water Bretons, the mistral blew up to 20 knots and at times was reaching 30 knots in squalls.
Some preferred to abandon ship, both sailing sport and became restricted to the real experts on the sea two days, three races have been contested, to distinguish six winners in each selected class (45 boats that participated in the test).
Saint-Tropez now rests until next spring when the next races will take place in March, the traditional Armen festival, combining art, ski racing and regattas.
